Warum hört man immer die Mausklicks?
Eine gute Systemdemo ist so realistisch wie möglich. Allerdings gibt es auch einige Sachen, die man nicht so realistisch sehen möchte (z.B. das Warten bis sich eine Applikation öffnet oder Fehlermeldungen) und es gibt Sachen, die man nicht so realistisch hören möchte. Dazu gehören meistens die Mausklicks. Gerade für Lerner mit Kopfhörer kann es schnell unangenehm werden, weil so das Klicken sehr intensiv aufgenommen wird. Ton ausschalten ist oft auch keine Alternative, weil die eingebauten Audios sonst nicht mehr zu hören sind. Was also tun?
Manchmal hilft ein einfaches Kästchen.
Why do you hear always the mouse click?
A good system demo should be made as realistic as possible. But there are some things that you do not want to see in reality (for example waiting for the application or error message opening) or that you do not want to hear a sound such as mouse clicks. Especially if you are learning with headsets, it is not so pleasant constantly to hear the strong mouse click. But to mute the headset is not the best solution, because you cannot listen to the attached audios.
What should be done?
Click "mouse" in the timeline and now you can resolve the problem.
Kein Audio im "Editing Mode" beim "Preview" zu hören?
Manchmal sind die Audio-Files in die jeweiligen Slides importiert worden, und trotzdem herrscht Stille im Kopfhörer. Das heisst nicht, dass der Kopfhörer einen Wackelkontakt hat, manchmal bietet Captivate auch hier eine fixe Lösung des Problems.
Audio cannot be heard in „editing mode“ during „preview“?
Sometimes audio files are being imported in slides and anyway you can hear nothing. But this does not mean that the headseat has a defective contact. Captivate can also resolve this problem.
Maybe the sound was switched to „mute“ during the programm starting. Sometimes the programm changes this function automatically during the start. You should check it once again. If the micro symbol in the timeline is at „mute“, you cannot hear any sound in preview mode. Please, click once on the button, and it should again working.
